Your role:

  • Drive end to end engineering execution for complex ADAS programs

  • Drive platform development, evolution and strategy within the ADAS domain

  • Define Product, Process, Technology strategy

  • Drives engineering excellence, fosters innovation, ensures regulatory compliance, and aligns technical strategy with business objectives.

  • Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of best practices.

  • Lead strategic projects

  • Propose new solutions - create & establish vision

  • Involve in strategic planning activities from the field

  • Recognize internally as expert in one or several domain knowledge

  • Lead cross functional technical team in task force mode for technical problem resolution

  • Collect, analyze and synthetize necessary technical information to recommend for management decision

  • Owns and manages the end‑to‑end engineering development budget

Your background:

  • Master's in Engineering or similar

  • Extensive specialized knowledge and experience on ADAS domain

  • 15+ year experience driving customer facing project management for ADAS programs

  • Familiar with Radar, Camera and ADAS technologies

  • Strong Budget management experience

  • Strong Staffing management experience

  • Proven and recognized knowledge in several domains or competencies

  • Global exposure and visible technical achievements having impact on the company

  • Engineering and Program Management experience in several full project lifecycles internally or at a company with a similar engineering process

  • Strong knowledge of required engineering tools and methodologies

  • Proven knowledge of the automotive market technical solutions

  • Methodological approach to problem solving

  • Academic and Practical knowledge in the specific area

  • Excellent time management, communication, decision-making, presentation and organization skills

  • Professional language proficiency in English and French

  • Proven technical and/or business contributions and accomplishments

  • Be active as engineering professional outside of the company (some examples of membership of professional technical organizations, patents, publications etc.)

  • Willing to take on additional challenges

  • Mindset oriented at problem solving
