. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Tax Manager/Specialist
to join our finance team. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with all tax regulations while optimizing tax strategies to support the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Independently handle corporate tax filings, including
   Value-Added Tax (VAT)
   and
   Corporate Income Tax (CIT)
   .
2. Identify potential
   tax and business risks
   and develop effective solutions to address tax-related issues.
3. Oversee all aspects of the company's tax compliance, including corporate income tax, VAT, and other relevant taxes.
4. Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns and payments.
5. Provide strategic tax planning and advice to minimize tax liabilities and support business decisions.
6. Manage relationships with external tax advisors and liaise with tax authorities as needed.
7. Monitor changes in tax laws and assess their potential impact on the business.
8. Assist with tax audits, ensuring proper documentation and effective risk management.
9. Collaborate with the accounting team during month-end and year-end closing processes.
10. Prepare and maintain tax reports, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management, preferably within a multinational environment or a Big Four firm.
3. Strong knowledge of local and international tax laws and regulations.
4. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
5. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Fluent in
   French and English
   (Chinese is a plus).
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
