À propos du poste :
Nous recherchons un Assistant Sales et Marketing pour rejoindre l'équipe Aftermarket, sous la responsabilité du Manager AFM.
Ce poste est basé dans notre bureau à TRAPPES.
En tant que Assistant Sales et Marketing chez AFM Magneti Marelli Parts & Services, vous soutiendrez l'équipe Aftermarket France dans les domaines commercial et administratif.
Vos responsabilités seront :
- Garantir la fiabilité et la complétude des contrats et factures.
- Alerter sa hiérarchie en cas de problématique avec un client.
- Respecter les calendriers de paiement.
- Collecter les données pour les analyses, rapports et statistiques liés au portefeuille clients (reliquats, stocks, retours, paiements…) et les transmettre à son Country Manager.
- Gérer les contrats clients en intégrant et en modifiant les informations clients.
- Suivre la facturation et supporter le service Finances Central (contrôle des données et paramètres des commandes définis contractuellement avant la validation et le paiement en central).
- Participer à la préparation de fichiers et présentations en appui du service Marketing.
- Assistance auprès de la force de vente avec analyse des ventes, des stocks clients, préparation des études pré-rendez-vous clients.
- Gérer les factures et coûts liés aux prestataires logistiques externes.
- Supporter le Country Manager dans la gestion des activités de l'entreprise, des tâches administratives et organisationnelles.
