The Field Application Engineering, Regional Manager – Transportation & Logistics leads a high-performing team of Field Application Engineers and provides strategic technical leadership across the region. This role ensures that technical solutions support business objectives, enable customer success, and contribute to new business growth.

About the JobLead and develop a regional team of Field Application Engineers focused on technical excellence and customer engagement.
Provide strategic technical direction aligned with business goals and market priorities.
Support sales teams with pre-sales technical expertise, solution design, and customer presentations.
Identify and execute strategies to drive new business opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally and cross-regionally to support global customers.
Monitor team performance and implement operational improvements.
Ensure customer satisfaction through tailored technical solutions and field support.
Represent the voice of the customer, providing insights for product strategy and innovation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior customer stakeholders.
Technical expertise in electro-mechanical systems or related fields.
Ability to analyze customer requirements and align them with Littelfuse capabilities.
Proven experience driving new ideas, product opportunities, and technical solutions.
Strong customer-focused mindset and ability to build engineering relationships.
Understanding of product development, customer applications, and value creation.
Leadership competencies including: trust-building, self-awareness, managing ambiguity, talent development, innovation, and strategic thinking.

Salary Range:
$117,600 - $164,580The salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
