Store Manager (H/F)

Poste basé à Paris

Rattaché(e) à la Direction Générale et responsable d'une équipe, vous êtes garant(e) de la performance globale du point de vente, de l'expérience client et du respect des standards de la marque.

À ce titre, vos principales missions sont les suivantes :

  • Manager, encadrer et développer les compétences de l'équipe.
  • Participer au recrutement et instaurer un climat de travail structuré et engageant.
  • Piloter l'activité du magasin et suivre les indicateurs de performance (chiffre d'affaires, taux de transformation, panier moyen).
  • Garantir le respect des procédures internes, des standards qualité, de l'image de marque et des règles d'hygiène et de sécurité.
  • Superviser l'accueil et la relation client.
  • Veiller à une expérience personnalisée et à un haut niveau de satisfaction.
  • Organiser et optimiser les plannings de l'équipe en fonction des flux clients et des objectifs commerciaux.
  • Animer la performance commerciale du point de vente.
  • Déployer les actions de vente, développer le chiffre d'affaires et les ventes additionnelles.
  • Gérer les stocks, les commandes, les inventaires et assurer la disponibilité des produits tout en maîtrisant les coûts.
  • Superviser les opérations de caisse, la facturation et le suivi administratif du magasin.

Vous justifiez d'une expérience significative dans la gestion d'un point de vente et le management d'équipe, idéalement acquise en tant que Store Manager, Responsable de boutique ou Responsable de magasin, dans le secteur du Retail ou du Luxe.

Manager de terrain, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens de l'organisation, votre leadership et votre orientation client.
