Your Missions
CEVA Santé Animale is seeking a proactive and motivated Systems Service Delivery Lead:

• Responsible for the global management & administration of all IT server, storage and hosting infrastructure used by CEVA mission critical applications
• Perimeter of responsibility includes transactional ERP system running on JDE, applications running on Microsoft Windows & Linux OS's and public cloud platforms such asAzure as well as all storage systems (e.g. DELL/HP), virtualization (e.g., Vmware), backup & restore solutions (e.g., Veeam), secure file transfer services (e.g., Waarp), and batch scheduling platforms (VTOM/Vega)
• In addition to the perimeter of IT, also responsible for the systems and hosting related to the Industrial Manufacturing & I&D footprint at all CEVA plants & laboratories
• Global ownership on the RUN activities on all Systems & Hosting footprint both on-premise or at external service providers or hosted via the public cloud
• Plays a critical role in the overall delivery of IT support level 2 services, contributing to the achievement of service levels for all CEVA wide applications including those hosted at corporate data center hosted by CHEOPS, Azure & Google
• Global ownership on the BUILD activities in service for the business projects delivered via CEVA IT Business Services & Transversal Digital Teams
• Standardization of solutions including coherence of architecture deployed

Your Profile
Profile and requirements:

Academic background

• Bac+5, Engineering or related IT college / university degree
• Master Degree is a plus

Learning Experience

• 12 to 15 years of IT operations, 3 to 5 years of which as a JDE or Microsoft architect
• 4 to 7 years of people management and leadership across multiple IT disciplines such as BUILD & RUN
• Vendor performance management including effective governance and skills in operational and management escalation

co Ability to work across multiple groups and geographies and cultures to solve problems thus minimizing service level risk

• Leadership skills in building consensus in managing remote teams and resolving conflicts and delivering effective results
• Ability to address personnel performance issues and to motivate individuals and groups for achieving operational excellence

Specific competencies

• Experience in running JDE and Microsoft environments. Experience on the OT/Industrial/Laboratory environment will be a plus
• General understanding on IT interface management (middleware) as well as on backup & restore and on disaster recovery.
• ITIL Foundation Level Certification
