This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Lead Product Designer in France. In this role, you will lead the design of impactful, user-centric experiences across multiple platforms, guiding a team of designers while collaborating closely with Product Managers and Developers. You will own the full design cycle from ideation to post-launch feedback, ensuring that product solutions are both elegant and aligned with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to mentor and inspire a design team, influence product strategy, and work on high-impact projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will help shape the product vision and contribute to the creation of a holistic, seamless experience for all users. Accountabilities:
  • Analyze customer and business problems to identify pain points and opportunities
  • Lead the design process from ideation to final delivery and post-launch feedback
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to align designs with business goals
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers through design reviews and one-on-one sessions
  • Ensure consistency and quality across multiple platforms, including employee, employer, and admin portals
  • Define and maintain design systems, standards, and best practices
  • Drive the vision and strategy for product design, ensuring alignment with overall product objectives
