Data Scientists, Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Product Manager
s, and business leaders to transform data into a key strategic asset.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Data Products — from discovery and definition to delivery and adoption
• Translate business needs into clear, data-driven solutions and product requirements
• Define and communicate the vision and roadmap for Data Products that align with company strategy
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform iteration
• Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity
• Manage sprints, backlogs, and priorities in collaboration with Data Science and Engineering teams
• Identify and champion innovative data solutions and best practices that drive business value
• Promote a data-first culture and encourage adoption of data products across the organisation

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
We're looking for someone who's passionate about using data to shape smarter products and decisions.

You'll thrive in this role if you:

• Have proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager for data-driven products
• Combine strategic thinking with a strong technical understanding of data platforms and analytics
• Are comfortable working with data pipelines, APIs, and visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
• Understand the lifecycle of data science models — from development to production deployment
• Are fluent in Agile methods and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Have strong stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills
• Are fluent in English

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT
STEPS?

• If your application is selected, you will be contacted by Joe for a HR screening and Q&A on the role, responsibilities and journey
• You will then meet your future manager Hassan - Data Product Lead and Arnaud - Advanced Data Product Owner for a technical discussion and Use case
• Next, you will meet Alicja - Head of Data Product and Iouri – Chief Data Officer
• Finally, you will complete an AssessFirst test (personality, motivations, and reasoning) and have a final HR interview with Joe

To ensure an optimal candidate experience, the Betclic recruitment process typically takes 4 to 6 weeks.
