MSA is an international group of more than 5,000 employees with 250 employees on the Châtillon sur Chalaronne site which is a development and production site for firefighter helmets, police/military helmets and construction helmets. Since 1914, MSA's mission has been to protect workers and infrastructure around the world by offering its products and solutions in different industries, to police and armies and to fire and rescue services.
L'ingénieur Développement I (H/F) développe des solutions techniques simples pour répondre aux besoins des projets de développement des nouveaux produits et de modification des produits existants dans le respect des procédures en place et des objectifs de sécurité qualité délais et couts fixés.
Staff Engineer I develops simple technical solutions to meet the needs of new products development and modifications on existing products in accordance with the procedures in place and the expectations in safety, quality, deadlines and cost targets.
Responsibilities
Responsabilités principales:
- Crée des solutions techniques innovantes pour des nouveaux produits comme pour des modifications de produits existants.
- Rédige des documents techniques.
- Capitalise sur ses activités et savoir-faire.
- Participe aux diverses actions d'amélioration continue au sein du centre R&D.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative solutions for new product development and modifications of existing products.
- Write technical documents and reports.
- Capitalize on activities and know-how.
- Participate to Continous Improvment Programs.
Qualifications
Éducation:
- Diplôme d'ingénieur ou autre diplôme spécialisé équivalent (mécanique/matériaux)
- Anglais courant
Expérience requise:
- Connaissance de SolidWorks
- Stage en bureau d'études (mécanique/matériaux) d'une durée minimum de 6 mois
Expérience souhaitée:
- Alternance en entreprise
Education:
- Master's Engineering degree or other specialized Master's (mechanics/materials)
- Fluent English
Experience required:
- Solidworks knowledge
- Training of minimum 6 months in Mechanical or Material engineering
Experience preferred:
- Company apprenticeship
