Contexte du Poste :
En rejoignant Savencia IT & Digital Services en tant qu'EDI Flow Designer, tu seras au cœur de notre transformation digitale. Ton rôle sera essentiel pour définir et implémenter les standards EDI dans un environnement international, contribuant ainsi à l'efficacité et à l'innovation de nos systèmes d'information.
Missions et Responsabilités :
Tu seras en charge de définir et faire respecter les standards d'implémentation des flux EDI pour le Groupe.
Tu analyseras les demandes métier, en collaboration avec le correspondant EDI local si nécessaire.
Tu évalueras les enjeux et coûts des demandes pour faciliter leur priorisation.
Tu rédigeras les spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques.
Tu assureras la liaison avec le prestataire EDI pour transmettre les spécifications, suivre les développements, les tests et les mises en production.
Tu piloteras la TMA avec le prestataire EDI, coorganisant les comités de pilotage et assurant le suivi des KPIs et plans d'actions.
Tu offriras un support aux utilisateurs et traiteras les anomalies.
Tu veilleras à ce que le monitoring des applications soit documenté et appliqué, garantissant une observabilité complète des échanges de données.
Tu contribueras à la performance et à l'évolution du système d'information du métier.
Tu coordonneras avec les équipes informatiques internes pour gérer les impacts sur l'architecture EDI.
Tu maintiendras les connaissances fonctionnelles et techniques nécessaires à la pérennité des applications, en créant et mettant à jour la documentation en Français et Anglais.
Tu entretiendras la relation avec les utilisateurs clés, favorisant leur montée en compétence.
Tu animeras des réunions utilisateurs et des formations.
