About the team:

We are looking for a Customer and Supplier Quality Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team at the Bouzonville site. As the main customer interface, you ensure customer requirements are met and drive customer satisfaction.

What you can look forward to as a Customer and Supplier Quality Engineer (m/f/d):

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by leading all customer-related quality topics
  • Manage customer claims from end to end (analysis, containment, 8D/problem-solving, follow-up, and on-time closure)
  • Implement and promote continuous improvement methodologies to enhance quality performance and prevent recurrence

Your Profile as a Customer and Supplier Quality Engineer (m/f/d):

  • Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) in Quality, Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar position
  • Technical skills: Problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa), audit techniques, and automotive quality standards.
  • Tools : Microsoft 365
  • Languages: Advanced English & French.
  • Personal qualities: Methodical, analytical, autonomous, and strong teamwork skills
