Le poste
Rattaché(e) directement au CEO, le/la
Chief Technical Officer (CTO)
occupe un rôle
clé et structurant
au sein de l'entreprise.

Votre mission principale :
porter la vision technique globale
, structurer les pôles d'ingénierie, garantir la cohérence des choix techniques et permettre à l'organisation de passer à l'échelle.

Il ne s'agit pas d'un rôle de "super expert opérationnel", mais bien d'un
chef d'orchestre technique
, capable de comprendre les enjeux, de trancher, d'unifier et de donner une direction claire aux équipes.

Vos responsabilités
Stratégie technique & architecture

  • Traduire la stratégie business en vision technique claire, cohérente et partagée
  • Garantir la cohérence transverse entre les disciplines : mécanique, fluides, systèmes, logiciel, électronique, opérations
  • Définir et faire évoluer les architectures systèmes et les interfaces
  • Piloter les roadmaps technologiques long terme
  • Déployer et renforcer les pratiques de System Engineering et MBSE

Gouvernance technique & R&D

  • Définir et faire appliquer les standards d'ingénierie, règles de conception et processus
  • Valider les décisions techniques structurantes (architectures, arbitrages, fournisseurs, risques)
  • Mettre en place une gestion rigoureuse des risques techniques et interdépendances
  • Être le point d'escalade technique ultime en cas de sujet critique
  • Superviser hiérarchiquement les responsables de pôles techniques

Leadership & organisation

  • Structurer une organisation aujourd'hui trop "plate"
  • Apporter légitimité, clarté et capacité de décision dans un environnement très expert
  • Fédérer des profils seniors et accompagner la montée en compétences des ingénieurs plus juniors
  • Installer une culture de collaboration, d'efficacité et de responsabilisation

Communication & représentation

  • Porter la vision technique auprès du CODIR et des équipes
  • Représenter l'entreprise sur les sujets techniques auprès de partenaires, clients et institutions
  • Apporter un éclairage technique aux décisions stratégiques de la direction

Profil candidat:

Indispensables

  • Diplôme d'ingénieur ou équivalent
  • Expérience confirmée dans des environnements industriels complexes (spatial, oil & gas, infrastructures lourdes, systèmes critiques, grands projets industriels)
  • Solide background en ingénierie système et coordination multi-métiers
  • Capacité démontrée à maintenir une cohérence technique transverse
  • Leadership naturel, calme, crédible et respecté
  • Capacité à trancher, prioriser et unifier dans des contextes exigeants
  • Français courant obligatoire
  • Anglais professionnel requis

Atouts appréciés

  • Expérience en startup ou scale-up industrielle
  • Connaissance des systèmes de lancement, bases industrielles complexes ou systèmes embarqués
  • Pratique des digital twins, de la simulation ou d'outils avancés d'ingénierie
  • Expertise MBSE / architecture système
