Job Description
What you will do:

• Manage the cross-functional project portfolio (excluding public-facing products): structure, budget tracking, and governance.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of internal tools / projects (Finance, HR, legal, Data, Cybersecurity, AI…) in coordination with IT and business teams.
• Align Business and IT roadmaps with strategic priorities set.
• Ensure the implementation and enforcement of the Data Policy across tools, processes, and Corporate IT projects.
• Improve project management methodologies and tools, ensuring data quality and proper documentation.
• Drive change management: project communication, user training, post-launch support, and PM community engagement.

Qualifications

This role is excellent for a person with:

• 7-10 years of relevant experience as a PMO, business analyst or functional consultant.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex project portfolios, budgets, governance structures, and cross-department initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with project methodologies (Agile, hybrid, waterfall) and tools like Jira, Confluence, A strong foundation in data governance, with the capacity to define, update, and ensure the execution of a Data Policy.
• A proven track record of optimizing processes and improving team productivity, in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
• Solid experience in change management, including user engagement, communication, and post-implementation support.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to interact confidently with executive stakeholders.
• Full proficiency in both French and English.
