Dans le cadre de l'ouverture d'un
nouveau Campus Châteauform' INSIDE
pour notre client
ENGIE
, nos Hospitality Managers recrutent des
Care Officers
dédiés à la
gestion et à l'animation des espaces de travail (workspace)
.

Votre rôle : Care Officer – Workspace

Véritable
ambassadeur·drice de l'expérience Châteauform'
, vous êtes présent(e) au sein des étages de bureaux et contribuez au bien-être quotidien des collaborateurs ENGIE.

Concrètement, vous :

  • Créez du lien et une atmosphère chaleureuse au sein des espaces de travail
  • Êtes attentif(ve) aux besoins des occupants et allez naturellement à leur rencontre
  • Avez un œil de lynx pour détecter les dysfonctionnements ou anomalies (propreté, aménagement, ambiance…) et assurer leur suivi avec les prestataires
  • Veillez à ce que les espaces soient toujours bien organisés, accueillants et agréables
  • Êtes constamment sur le terrain, en mouvement, disponible et à l'écoute
  • Participez activement à la qualité de vie au travail et au calme des étages

Vous êtes fait(e) pour ce poste si vous êtes :

  • Naturellement sociable, souriant(e) et orienté(e) service
  • À l'aise dans la relation client / usager
  • Réactif(ve), débrouillard(e) et force de proposition
  • Attentif(ve) aux détails et à la qualité des espaces
  • Autonome, polyvalent(e) et organisé(e)
  • Motivé(e), curieux(se) et avec l'envie d'apprendre

Une expérience en
relation client, hôtellerie, accueil, service ou gouvernance
est un vrai plus

Des
qualités de gouvernant(e)
sont particulièrement appréciées

Des notions d'anglais sont bienvenues
