ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be working in our Research department, at the heart of CFM's business and comprising over 100 people. Based on data analysis, the Research team develops our trading strategies.
More specifically, you will report to our Portfolio team, whose role is to optimize the management of our portfolios.
You will be required to carry out the following tasks:
Monitor our production chain and provide appropriate solutions
Design and develop research tools
Improve the calibration of our systematic decision-making processes
Improve visualisation and reporting tools
Develop statistical methods for the analysis of our models
Interact with both IT and research teams
SKILLSET REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
Scientific degree (master's or doctorate): engineering school, mathematics, physics, computer science
First professional experience preferred
Proficiency in Python
Interest in data analysis and experience in linear algebra, optimization, statistics…
Experience in code design and collaborative coding projects
Good command of English
Dynamic and rigorous
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Knowledge of market finance is not a prerequisite but is a plus
