YOUR TASKS:
As part of its strategy to strengthen its Fixed Income Desk, Kepler's Debt & Derivatives team is seeking ambitious and entrepreneurial-driven young professionals who is keen to join a leading financial player with a set-up across several different business lines.

During your internship you will work with the Debt & Credit team.

Your tasks will involve the below responsibilities:

  • You will be first introduced to the specificities of Fixed Income Desk, by assisting the brokers in place
  • Take part in the execution of interbank transactions on markets
  • Carry on the relationship with clients and counterparties
  • In a second time, your will be responsible for :
  • Developing the IT Tools in place ;
  • Following up the trades with back office department.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:
The candidate should meet the following requirements :

  • Student completing a Master's level qualification within a management, economic or engineering subject (you are preferably in your last year of studies, seeking placement);
  • Strong academic background; previous internship experience on the trading floor or in Asset;
  • Management would be a plus;
  • Keen interest in financial markets ;
  • You are fluent in English and French ;
  • Ability to build complex Excel spreadsheets, strong computer skills and Bloomberg knowledge is a plus ;
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex information quickly and accurately.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
Between 2 and 3 rounds of interviews: both fit and technical questions
