Pour soutenir cette croissance, TIM recherche un stagiaire pour les opérations de fonds couvrant les fonds et les investissements de Private Equity du groupe. Le stagiaire sera rattaché à l'analyste et au gestionnaire de Fund Operations, ses principales missions seront les suivantes :
Principales tâches et responsabilités :
Soutien opérationnel des fonds :
- Soutenir les opérations d'investissement,
- Suivre les niveaux de trésorerie du Fonds et les prévisions de trésorerie,
- Suivi des mouvements de trésorerie provenant des appels de capitaux et de la distribution,
- Participer au processus de due-diligence avec les nouveaux investisseurs,
Soutenir le lancement de nouveaux fonds et d'investissement SPV.
Reporting et contrôle des fonds :
- Mettre à jour et assurer l'exactitude des données dans le système de reporting des fonds (Efront),
- Contrôler (par le biais de la ré-exécution ou de contrôles clés) la VNI du fonds préparée par le comptable/administrateur externe,
- Assurer la qualité des données et communiquer les KPI des fonds aux autres départements du groupe (finance, équipe d'investissement, ventes, conformité....),
- Mettre à jour le Dépositaire/Conservateur du fonds de tous les investissements réalisés par le fonds et des opérations avec les investisseurs,
Participer à la révision périodique et à la rédaction des procédures internes.
Analyse financière et suivi des performances :
- Analyser la performance du fonds, les projections de trésorerie et préparer des rapports ad hoc pour les investisseurs,
- Comprendre les règlements du fonds et préparer les documents de synthèse,
Participer à la production de rapports trimestriels au niveau du fonds.

To support this growth, TIM is looking for a Fund Operations Intern covering the Group's Private Equity funds and investments. The intern will report to the Fund Operations Analyst and manager, his/her main missions will entail:
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Fund operational support :
- Support investment operations,
- Monitor Fund cash levels and cashflow forecasts,
- Follow-up on cash movements from Capital calls and Distribution,
- Participate to due-diligence process with new investors,
Support the launch of new funds and investment SPV.
Fund reporting and controlling:
- Update and insure the accuracy of data in the fund reporting system (eFront),
- Control (through reperformance or key controls) the Fund NAV prepared by the external accountant/administrator,
- Ensure quality of data and communicate fund KPI to other departments within the group (Finance, Investment team, Sales, compliance….),
- Update the fund Depository/Custodian of all investments made by the fund and operations with investors,
Participate to the periodical review and drafting of internal procedures.
Financial analysis and performance monitoring:
- Analyse fund performance, cashflow projections and prepare ad-hoc investor reporting,
- Understand fund by-laws and prepare summary documents,
- Participate to the production of quarterly reporting at fund level.

- Vous êtes organisé, rigoureux et dynamique, vous savez faire preuve de curiosité et d'enthousiasme,
- Bonne maîtrise d'Excel,
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
