Job DescriptionWe're seeking a Content Creator Intern with a background in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Design to help elevate our digital presence. The ideal candidate has a flair for storytelling, strong creative skills, and the ability to produce visually compelling content. While agency support will be available, you'll play a critical role in shaping and executing content for our corporate social media accounts.
QualificationsSocial Media management
- Collaborate with the Digital Specialist to develop and execute content strategies for social media, website, and other digital platforms.
- Create and design high-quality posts and videos to communicate the brand's vision and key messages.
- Capture and document key moments within the organization, including events, milestones, and daily activities across all French office locations.
- Ensure all content aligns with Flexis SAS's tone, style, and visual identity.
- Assist with planning and scheduling content across social media channels, ensuring consistency and engagement.
- Analyze content performance and contribute to discussions about optimization and improvement.Stay updated with trends in digital content, social media, and design to keep our strategies fresh and relevant.
Graphic Design

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in creating digital content, with an emphasis on video and graphic design.
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) or equivalent platforms.
- Strong storytelling skills and the ability to translate concepts into engaging visuals and text.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools, and website content management systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to travel to various office locations and events within France
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a corporate or B2B environment.
- Enthusiasm for capturing real-time moments and telling human-centric stories
