About the Role
The Customer Service Field Technician ensures and is responsible for the start-up, troubleshooting and maintenance of our machines at our customers' sites. She/he travels in France and internationally as part of these missions. She/he advises our customers on improvements as well as the options available to allow our machines to always be optimal in production. Finally, he/she listens to our clients and is considered a quality advisor by his/her ability to bring them added value.
Main responsibilities include:
- Installing the machines at client site;
- Repairing and maintaining the machines installed base;
- Ensuring the training of the customer on the specific machine equipment;
- Participating in machine audits and preparing refurbishment rating sheets;
- Drawing up the reports after each intervention;
- Working closely with design offices and other departments;
- Participating in the preparation of missions in our workshops;
- Providing telephone advice to customers on our machines solutions.
Location of work is NOT mandatory Citus Kalix headquarter, 91080 Évry-Courcouronnes. The employee could be based in the whole French territory (excluding French maritime areas).
The employee has to be available for the first 3-6 months to be based to Citus Kalix production site, CITUS KALIX | Lyon Zone, ZA Les Triboullières, 490 R. Robert Berthelet, 38460 Crémieu, France to receive the proper training and then when autonomous will be able to be based in the whole French territory (excluding French maritime areas) and travel to CK's customer sites to complete the missions (in France and/or abroad).
What You Need to Be Successful
- BTS or DUT technique with a focus on electrotechnics, automation, MSMA, MAI, MI
At least 8 years of experience in a similar role
Good knowledge and experience in mechanics, electricity and automation
- Proficiency with Beckhoff, XTS, Siemens, ABB (Scara + 6DOFs articulated)
- Knowledge of SIEMENS STEP7, TIA PORTAL, WINCC Flexible, OMRON, LENZE Engineer (Motion) software and other
- Proficiency with MS office suite
- Commercial fiber, good customer relations and good presentation
- Rigor and analytical skills
- Fluency in French and English
- Availability to travel
Our Offer
- Proposed gross annual salary :
- According to experience and qualifications, Gross Annual Base Salary over 13 months: €55,000 - €60,000
