En tant que Senior Product Designer, tu participeras à créer les produits de demain pour nos clients en collaboration avec nos membres freelances :

  • Comprendre les utilisateurs, leur contexte, leurs pains et leurs usages,

  • Concevoir des parcours fluides, simples et impactants (UX & UI),

  • Tester et itérer grâce à des feedbacks réguliers utilisateurs,

  • Mettre en place ou faire évoluer des design systems cohérents et maintenables.

Au-delà des missions, tu joueras un rôle-clé dans le développement du studio :

  • Piloter les projets en autonomie : cadrer les besoins avec les parties prenantes, prioriser les features, suivre le delivery, faire lien avec le client,

  • Détecter les opportunités et participer aux propositions commerciales,

  • Contribuer aux initiatives Mozza (Mozza Angels, Mozza Bytes, etc.).
