Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead our CSR strategy, create new initiatives and support global teams in executing their action plans and monitor KPIs.
- Draft our CSR Report and contribute to EcoVadis and EthiFinance evaluations.
- Promote CSR across global teams by using engagement platforms such as Sociabble to inform and educate employees.
- Stay ahead of regulatory and market trends by continuously monitoring developments in CSR, ESG, and CSRD.
Requirements
- Master's degree in business, engineering, or equivalent, with a specialization in CSR and sustainability.
- Strong project management, analytical, and writing skills.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools like Power BI.
