Contract : Permanent

Position location: Route de Soissons, Bucy-le-Long, Aisne 02880 FRA

Your Responsibilities :


During the low season:

  • Ensure the receipt and shipment of sugar in compliance with established procedures
  • Supply loading stations and load containers
  • Check the condition of equipment and report any anomalies
  • Maintain documentation and records of operations


During the high season :

  • Supervise teams and organize storage and shipping operations (sugar, pellets, syrups, vinasse)
  • Monitor loading processes and ensure product compliance
  • Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and food quality standards
  • Manage disputes and perform first-level interventions

On a daily basis :

  • Monitor and inspect equipment
  • Manage incoming and outgoing flows
  • Oversee the smooth running of logistics operations
  • Supervise teams (during campaign periods)
  • Enforce and follow safety and quality procedures 

Your profil:

  • CAP / High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in handling equipment and material handling tools
  • Precision, autonomy, team spirit, and leadership ability
  • Previous experience in an industrial or logistics environment is highly valued
