Pour amplifier notre présence digitale et accélérer notre stratégie client, nous recrutons un(e) alternant(e) en Growth Marketing & CRM, curieux(se), rigoureux(se) et prêt(e) à expérimenter.

Vos missions : générer une croissance durable et mesurable

Growth & Acquisition

  • Mise en place et optimisation de campagnes d'acquisition (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Amélioration continue des landing pages, funnels et parcours utilisateurs.
  • Tests A/B et itérations pour augmenter les taux de conversion.

CRM & Automatisation

  • Segmenter et enrichir les bases clients/leads pour des actions ciblées.
  • Création et optimisation de scénarios d'e-mailing, nurturing et marketing automation.
  • Participer à l'amélioration des KPIs (activation, rétention, lifetime value...).

Animation de marque et contenus

  • Produire des contenus engageants sur nos canaux (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok...).
  • Animer nos communautés clients/prospects, en ligne et en événementiel.
  • Participer au rayonnement de notre marque éthique dans un esprit startup.

Profil recherché

  • Étudiant(e) en Master en école de commerce ou d'ingénieur, spécialisation marketing digital, data ou business.
  • À l'aise avec les outils digitaux : Webflow, Notion, Mailchimp, Hubspot, Zapier (ou prêt à apprendre vite).
  • Compétences analytiques + créativité = ton combo gagnant.
  • Intérêt fort pour les modèles

  • Appétence pour les thématiques de l'innovation responsable et de l'impact social.
