RESPONSABILITÉS:

  • Piloter la définition et la gestion du portefeuille de produits, en alignement avec la stratégie commerciale de la compagnie aérienne.
  • Analyser le marché, l'industrie et les besoins des clients pour identifier les besoins en produits et services. Compiler des informations commerciales et sectorielles.
  • Innover et développer des produits et services – définition du concept, des processus et du mix marketing pour l'amélioration et le développement des produits et services de fret.
  • Gérer le portefeuille actuel de produits et services : examiner régulièrement la performance du portefeuille et proposer les adaptations nécessaires pour garantir le succès commercial. Gérer le mix marketing.
  • Assurer la conformité avec les réglementations de l'industrie.
  • Fournir un soutien et des conseils à l'organisation des ventes concernant la vente de produits spécifiques et l'identification de prospects.
  • Être responsable des activités marketing de la compagnie aérienne en coordination avec les équipes de communication d'entreprise du Groupe : communication externe et interne, relations publiques, réseaux sociaux, présence web et mix marketing de CMA CGM AIR CARGO.

Description du profil :

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ:

  • Solide connaissance de l'industrie du fret aérien et des principes de marketing.
  • Capacité analytique et esprit critique.
  • À l'aise avec la gestion de projets et les environnements dynamiques.
  • Curiosité, autonomie et capacité d'apprentissage.
  • Esprit d'équipe et aptitude à travailler sous pression.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, écoute et présentation.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais (écrit et oral).
