Responsibility

  1. Responsible for the daily operation maintenance and service management of the computer room within the jurisdiction, balance the service quality, efficiency, cost and safety in combination with the actual situation of IDC, and continuously optimize and improve to support the business operations of the department;

  2. Responsible for responding to and handling Ali IDC risk events and emergency fault handling, and realizing controllable operation risks such as IDC changes and faults;

  3. Responsible for establishing efficient cooperative relations with local government departments and completing the compliance operation requirements assigned by government departments;

  4. Undertake on-site technical support for business equipment, understand business needs and network structure, and promote the implementation of operation projects between teams;

  5. Responsible for the talent echelon construction, capacity training, risk control, team culture construction, on-site operation and maintenance ecological team management and assessment of the IDC on-site operation and maintenance team;

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in an Electrical or Mechanical engineering

  2. 3+ years experience in global large data center operation (10+MW) as team leader,anagement team with more than 15 people

  3. Deep knowledge of Data Center IT Operation

  4. Functional knowledge of cloud technologies and architectures, IT service delivery principles and best practices

  5. Highly driven, self-managed individual, greatly developed problem analysis and critical thinking experience

  6. Knowledge of data center construction procedure

  7. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (25% to 50%+ at times)

  8. Must be familiar with Excel and PowerPoint

9.Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is a must as the role will need to coordinate with HQ in China
