Experienced Technician Role – South of Paris (Essonne)

We're seeking a
highly skilled professional
to join our advanced infrastructure operations team. This role focuses on ensuring smooth data center operations, mentoring technicians, and maintaining system excellence at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide on-site technicians to maintain high operational standards.

• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, network, and OS-related issues.

• Manage server upgrades, rebuilds, and automated provisioning processes.

• Collaborate with global teams to implement best practices and process improvements.

• Drive operational excellence through metrics, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

• Strong expertise in
server hardware
,
system diagnostics
, and
IPMI tools
.

• Hands-on experience with
Windows
and
Linux
environments.

• Scripting knowledge in
PowerShell
,
Python
, or
Bash
.

• Understanding of
network troubleshooting
(Layer 1–3).

• Proven ability to
mentor and lead teams
effectively.

• Relevant certifications such as
CompTIA

CCNA

Server+
