SAP Environment & Test Data ArchitectOffshore Resource to support UK hoursClear communication and key stakeholder management skills is key.Requirement / problem status:AMP8 Optimus YR1 project will focus on maturing several key aspects of our quality assurance practices, including but not limited to: - Improving test data integrity within SAP by extending the use of existing Test Data Tool (Qlik Gold Client) into the Operational and Project areas of SAP.

• Building data assets to support the understanding of data linkage across integrated systems and platforms and any PII data elements within these, ensuring we remain compliant to GDPR Regulations.
• Common API and Integration test automation build out to support cross vertical / multi project validation in the heavily used SIT and PRE tracks, reducing the cost of manual testing and improving overall quality.
• Existing Automation framework - Review of existing framework to ensure it remains relevant and can support ongoing and new automation build demands and continues to support the acceleration of the testing lifecycle.
• Expand the utilisation of the Qualisence AI tool beyond SAP and leverage the expertise of our Service Partners to enable the implementation of an AI testing strategy and AI testing capability within the YW QA function.
• Metrics and reporting – bettering the current metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness of our testing efforts.
• On implementation of the models within Customer and Data, this will remove test script duplication, support data driven execution, enable test case prioritisation and defect prediction to ensure high priority defects are identified earlier in the test phase than they currently are today. Architect to work closely with YW 3rd Party Partner (Inpired) who currently support & manage YW environments, test data and Automation framework. Architect to review current set up and processes and advise best practice and efficiencies to improve/resolve problem statement above. Architect to support WS 1 below but be mindful of other WS'sWorkstream

1: Test Data [WS1]- Documentation relating to data linkage and PII elements across (YorBill, CRM, GIS & SAP S4HANA)

• Refresh scripts/processes for integrated systems (YorBill, CRM, GIS & SAP S4HANA) - Tooling for Non SAP Data- Extension of Qlik Gold Client into Operational and Project areas of SAPWorkstream

2: Test Automation Framework Review [WS2]- Review of existing automation framework (fit for now, fit for future)- Implementation of improvements to existing framework - Product Backlog – future needsWorkstream

3: Common API and Integration Test Automation [WS3]- Common API and Integration documentation relating to structure & purpose- Common API and Integration draft documentation relating to ownership within QA Regions & Change Review procedures- Common API and Integration Automation Regression pack build outWorkstream

4: KPI Revisit, Dashboard Capture & ADO GT [WS4]- Review of currently reported KPIs and Metrics and Recommendations for improvement- PowerBI Dashboard to support capture and presentation of KPIs for Waterfall, Hybrid and Agile SDLC projects- PowerBI Dashboard to support capture and presentation of KPIs for non SDLC projects (e.g. Infrastructure, Security, Operational Technology & TEM/DEAP)- Review of proposed ADO Golden Thread from AMP7 YR5Workstream

5: AI Tooling & Testing Capability [WS5]- Define and implement AI Testing Strategy- Roadmap to deliver AI Testing Capability (training / upskilling of existing resources)- Extend Qualisense into Customer and Ops/Data portfolios
