SAP Cloud Application Consultant (Concur/ARIBA/SuccessFactors)
Position Overview
We are seeking a SAP Cloud Application Consultant with expertise in Concur, ARIBA, and SuccessFactors to implement, configure, and optimize cloud-based enterprise solutions for expense management, procurement, and human capital management across our organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesCloud Application Implementation
Configure and implement SAP Concur for travel and expense management including policy setup, approval workflows, and integration with ERP systemsDeploy ARIBA solutions for procurement processes including sourcing, contracts, supplier management, and purchase-to-pay workflowsImplement SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, and RecruitingDesign integration architectures between cloud applications and on-premises SAP systemsManage data migration, user provisioning, and system go-live activitiesConfiguration & Customization
Configure business rules, approval matrices, and workflow processes across all three platformsSet up master data including vendors, employees, cost centers, and organizational structuresCustomize user interfaces, forms, and reporting templates to meet business requirementsImplement role-based security, user access controls, and segregation of dutiesConfigure mobile applications and self-service capabilities for end usersIntegration & Data Management
Design and implement integrations using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and APIsManage data synchronization between cloud applications and core SAP systemsConfigure real-time and batch data exchange processesImplement data validation rules, error handling, and monitoring proceduresSupport financial integration for expense reimbursements and procurement transactionsSupport & Optimization
Provide functional support and troubleshooting for production issuesConduct system health checks and performance optimization activitiesManage quarterly updates, feature releases, and system maintenanceCreate user documentation, training materials, and best practice guidesSupport change management and user adoption initiativesRequired QualificationsTechnical Skills
6+ years experience implementing and configuring SAP cloud applications
Expert knowledge in at least 2 of the 3 platforms: Concur (Travel & Expense), ARIBA (Procurement), SuccessFactors (HCM)Strong understanding of integration technologies including APIs, web services, and SAP CPIExperience with SAP Cloud Platform services and cloud architecture principlesKnowledge of data migration tools and techniques for cloud implementationsProficiency in configuration, workflow design, and business rule setupBusiness Process Skills
Deep understanding of expense management, procurement, and HR business processesExperience with travel policy configuration, supplier onboarding, and employee lifecycle managementKnowledge of compliance requirements and audit controls for cloud applicationsStrong analytical skills for process optimization and requirements gatheringPreferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related fieldSAP certifications in Concur, ARIBA, or SuccessFactorsExperience with S/4HANA Cloud integration and hybrid landscapesBackground in change management and user training methodologiesKnowledge of mobile application configuration and user experience design-
