You join the team of the Human Resources Department of Ostrum Asset Management, which is looking for a Project Manager F/H, for an internship of 6 months from February 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
- Documentation, optimization and simplification of processes
- Update the mapping of existing processes;
- Model these processes and identify responsibilities, deliverables and points of difficulty;
- Identify opportunities for improvement and simplification;
Share these adjustments with stakeholders and implement them.
Updating the corpus of procedures:
- Map all the team's procedures and policies;
- Coordinate their update / drafting / validation;
- Document the associated ongoing controls to ensure their compliance and effectiveness;
Establish the annual review schedule for these procedures.
Coordination of the framework of missions and job descriptions:
- Map teams and positions by team;
- Coordinate the creation and updating of job descriptions within the entity;
- Ensure the consistency and clarity of the mission framework.

Required Skills/Qualifications/ExperienceStudent in BAC+5, specialized in Project Management, Lean Management or related field.
You have knowledge in process optimization and modeling tools (type BPMN), which would be a plus.
You demonstrate an ability to work independently while performing well in a team environment.
You have good communication skills, both written and oral.
You are proficient in office tools, notably Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
