Freelance TypeScript / Developer (Full Stack + IoT)

EU-based (Netherlands/ Belgium) | 5 days/week | Start: ASAP

We're building an energy management platform and looking for an experienced freelance developer to reinforce our team.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain frontend applications using / React

Build backend services and APIs with / TypeScript

Integrate with IoT devices and communication protocols

Work on edge device software running on Raspberry Pi / Linux

Requirements

Solid experience with TypeScript across the full stack

Strong frontend skills with React /

Familiarity with backend development

Experience with IoT development and device integration

Based in the EU

Strong communication skills in English

Independent and proactive working style

Nice to Have

Experience with IoT protocols: Modbus, MQTT

Knowledge of TimescaleDB or time-series databases

Background in smart home platforms (Home Assistant, Homey)

Experience with energy systems or industrial automation
