MissionLes missions du Consultant chez Stanwell :
Élaboration de stratégies et stratégies opérationnelles
Amélioration de l'efficacité commerciale (segmentation, innovation, développement d'offres, distribution, tarification)
Amélioration de l'efficacité opérationnelle (modèle de service, organisation/centres de services partagés, pilotage par les processus, management de la performance)
Accompagnement de la transformation / conduite du changement (conduite opérationnelle du changement, dynamisation de l'organisation et pérennisation du changement)
Transformation de fonctions transverses (Finance & Risques, RH, SI)
Développement de contenus (pitchs, offres, articles, veille, etc.)
People Development (animation de formation, etc.)
Le processus de recrutement :
1er entretien avec l'un-e de nos Managers fit/motivation/compréhension du modèle Stanwell (1h en visio/présentiel)
2e entretien avec l'un-e de nos Senior Managers : market sizing / use case (1h en présentiel)
3e entretien avec l'un-e de nos Associés : closing (1h en présentiel)
Durée du process entre 48h et 3 semaines en fonction de vous
ProfileEt si c'était vous, notre prochain entrepreneur de la transformation ?
- Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une grande école de commerce ou d'ingénieurs.
- Vous avez déjà réalisé un stage ou une alternance en cabinet de conseil transformation ou management
- Vous avez une appétence pour le secteur des Services Financiers.
- Vous maîtrisez l'anglais à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
