Your role

As a Marketing Consultant at Novoptim, you will take ownership of both strategic and operational marketing activities, working closely with biotech and life sciences clients. You will be responsible for driving impactful marketing projects, from strategy definition to execution, ensuring measurable results and supporting business development.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Insights

  • Build marketing strategies and roadmaps in collaboration with clients.
  • Conduct expert interviews and secondary research to gather market intelligence.
  • Analyze data and translate insights into clear strategic recommendations, delivered through high-quality reports and presentations.

Execution & Campaigns

  • Draft compelling, science-driven content (emails, LinkedIn, one-pagers, presentations).
  • Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns (email, social, conferences, roadshows, seminars).
  • Coordinate the preparation and execution of marketing events and outreach activities.

Lead Generation & Sales Alignment

  • Identify and qualify leads using structured lead scoring.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales and BD teams to ensure smooth Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) handover.
  • Map stakeholders and decision-making processes to support opportunity progression.

Measurement & Client Reporting

  • Track KPIs across campaigns and outreach activities.
  • Maintain accurate project information and CRM data.
  • Deliver clear weekly, monthly, and annual reports at both operational and executive levels.

What We're Looking For

  • A scientific background - Master's degree (or equivalent, Bac+5) in biology, biotechnology, or health sciences.
  • Previous experience in marketing, or consulting (ideally in Life Sciences) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
  • Project management skills with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
  • Adaptable, confident, and persuasive with resilience and accountability.
  • Strong communication skills in English (French or another European language is a plus).
