What will you do?

  • Lead and mentor a team of 12 QA engineers, driving quality across product releases.
  • Define and evolve QA strategies, processes, and automation frameworks.
  • Collaborate with R&D and product teams to ensure end-to-end quality for new features and updates.
  • Own and optimize the testing infrastructure, improving test coverage and speeding up release cycles.
  • Ensure products meet performance, security, and scalability standards before launch.

Who are you?

  • You have 6+ years in QA, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • You know how to build QA processes for web applications, combining manual and automated testing.
  • You bring expertise with RobotFramework, JMeter, and CI/CD environments like GitLab CI.
  • You are fluent in French and English, with strong communication and team leadership skills.
  • You are detail-oriented, structured, and motivated to deliver results in an agile environment.
