Role Context

We are seeking a
Piping / Welding Prefabrication Supervisor
to support the
prefabrication of piping spools
within a fabrication workshop in
Turkey
, ensuring compliance with
ASME B31.3
standards and client quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily
  cutting, fitting, and welding
  activities for piping spools
• Ensure compliance with
  ASME B31.3
  and
  ASME IX
  (WPS/PQR/WPQT)
• Monitor material traceability and consumable controls
• Review and verify
  NDT
  activities (RT, UT, PT, MT)
• Identify and manage
  non-conformities
  and corrective actions
• Ensure schedule adherence and production quality levels
• Liaise with client teams (QA/QC, Construction, Engineering)
• Issue structured
  daily/weekly reports
  to the client

Candidate Profile

• Background as
  Boilermaker / Welder
  (mandatory)
• Proven experience in
  piping prefabrication workshops
• Strong knowledge of:
• ASME B31.3
  (mandatory)
• ASME IX
  (WPS, PQR, WPQ)
• Ability to read
  isometric drawings
  and piping documentation
• Familiar with
  NDT techniques
  and acceptance criteria
• Experience in
  Oil & Gas, Industrial Gas, Petrochemical, or Chemical
  sectors is a plus
• English-speaking
  (international environment)
