Engineering Manager
to ensure reliable, consistent delivery aligned with product vision, while growing the team through coaching, hiring, and strong execution.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and grow engineers (performance, career development, well-being)
  • Recruit and scale the team (interviews, hiring decisions)
  • Drive execution: prioritize, delegate, manage dependencies and risks
  • Ensure predictable delivery timelines and high-quality standards
  • Partner closely with
    Product Team
    to deliver customer value
  • Ensure agile process execution and run (or delegate) ceremonies
  • Align with other Engineering Managers for platform consistency
  • Co-lead technical direction with Tech Leads; contribute to reviews and occasional coding
  • Promote continuous improvement (tools, practices, tech watch)

Who you are

  • Experience managing and developing software engineers
  • Strong delivery and prioritization skills; comfortable owning commitments
  • Solid engineering background (quality, testing, CI/CD, code review, architecture trade-offs)
  • Knowledgeable of secure software development & architecture practices
  • Able to combine a wide
    conceptual
    ,
    business
    , and
    technical
    vision to guide decisions and align execution with product goals
  • You agree that it's not just the software that counts, it's also the people behind it Working with others is key to success
  • Passionate about Developer experience
  • Effective communicator and cross-team collaborator (especially with Product)
  • Comfortable in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Fluent in
    English and French

Nice to have

  • Enterprise software experience (B2B / SaaS)
  • Data management background (MDM, integration, governance, ETL/ELT)
  • Java and/or modern web stack exposure
  • Experience improving engineering productivity (DX, tooling, observability)
