Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Technique Analog Designer – H/F, located in either Meyreuil (13) or Grenoble (38). As Lead Technique Analog Designer, you will drive complex analog and mixed-signal circuit projects, with emphasis on high-performance ADCs and CMOS image sensor interfaces. This strategic role blends technical excellence, team leadership, and project vision. You will manage multidisciplinary project teams, define advanced system architectures, and report directly to the CTO. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 3 to 8 analog designers, developing technical skills and overseeing project execution

• Define high-level architectures and supervise implementation, especially for advanced ADCs and sensor interfaces

• Drive the full design cycle, from requirements and planning to tape-out and silicon characterization

• Coordinate with layout, verification, and test groups;

• manage relationships with foundries and technology partners

• Guide projects through detailed scheduling, technical/financial scoping, and risk/resource management

• Interface with sales and clients during pre-sales, qualification, and support phases

• Represent XDIGIT in technical presentations, demonstrations, and customer training sessions

• Support innovative R&D efforts, from patent writing to contribution in collaborative national and European programs

Qualifications

• PhD or Master's degree in Microelectronics or Electronics

• Minimum 6–10 years of analog/mixed-signal design experience (with at least 3 years in technical or team leadership)

• Proven expertise in high-performance ADC design and CMOS image sensors

• Successful track record in project leadership through production (tape-out, silicon validation), as well as R&D participation and scientific/technical publications

• Excellent knowledge of advanced analog architectures: Pipeline, SAR, Delta-Sigma ADCs, auto-calibration techniques

• Strong background in analog front-end design: low-noise amplifiers, high-linearity systems, voltage references, active filters

• Power management design skills: low-noise LDOs, multi-domain power management, high-speed serial interfaces (SPI, I2C, MIPI), protection circuits

• Fluent with Cadence Virtuoso, advanced simulation methodologies, co-design and DFT/DFM workflows

• Experience with multiple process nodes down to 28nm, especially for imaging and sensor applications

• Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic vision skills; experience managing multidisciplinary teams in innovative environments

• Excellent technical communication in both French and English
