Superviseur GC

Main activities:

- Supervise and ensure the proper execution of the work of his/her discipline in accordance with the plans and technical specifications- Supervise and control the outputs of equipment (piping, cables, instrumentation, etc.)- Organize the execution of the work according to the instructions of its operational manager- Ensure compliance with safety rules, environmental standards and local regulations on the site relating to his/her discipline- Monitor the different phases of the site by ensuring compliance with the schedule- Manage unforeseen events and solve technical problems arising in his/her discipline- Inform the stakeholders of the progress of the work and any delays or modifications-  Participate in daily and weekly meetings (progress, quality, safety, etc.)- Report the progress of the work to his/her operational manager on a daily basis- Write work permits, special permits and feedback to companies- Prepare additional and complementary work orders- Evaluate and develop the T.EN IRI employees that he/she may be required to supervise in their technical and behavioral skills

About you: 

Initial training and experience: 

- 5 years of significant professional experience on construction sites in his/her discipline

Technical skills:

- Knowledge of the company's reference system- Knowledge of the QHSE processes- Knowledge of the respective scopes of the parties- Knowledge of planning sequences- Ability to produce feedback and write summary reports- Knowledge of the construction and start-up trades

Languages and computer tools:  

- Mastery of oral and written communication in French- Mastery of oral and written communication in English- Mastery of office automation tools (pack-office), 3D model viewers

Behavioral skills:

- Supervision and planning- Sense of detail- Active communication- Quality orientation- Analysis and problem solving

QHSE skills:

- Respect, apply and enforce QHSE instructions (internal and those of customers)- Analyze the risks of its interventions.- Be exemplary in the application of the rules- Apply shared vigilance; Anyone can intervene to alert any other person to a risky situation or a practice that seems dangerous.
