Quelle est notre ambition ?

Nous pensons que chaque réseau de point de vente voulant améliorer l'expérience client doit embarquer ses équipes, au siège et en magasin, à travers un outil digital. Or aucun des gros éditeurs de logiciels mondiaux (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft, Oracle…) ne permet cela aujourd'hui.

Notre ambition est de devenir la première "Local Collaboration Platform" au monde, utilisée par les réseaux de points de vente pour embarquer leurs équipes et améliorer l'expérience client en ligne et en magasin. Cela sera rendu possible grâce à un accent fort mis sur 3 aspects :

- la satisfaction apportée à nos clients pour les aider à réussir leurs projets de transformation digitale

- la simplicité d'usage de notre produit pour rendre Partoo accessible, même aux utilisateurs les moins aguerris

- la collaboration entre le siège et le magasin, rendue possible partout dans le produit "

RÔLE & IMPACT

Tu intégreras une équipe dédiée au produit Store Locator, un élément essentiel de l'offre Partoo en forte croissance depuis trois ans. Ce produit génère à lui seul près de 1 million d'euros de revenus, servant une cinquantaine de clients à travers le monde. L'application est développée en PHP sur le framework Laravel et fait partie d'une Business Unit spécifique. 

Cette Business Unit spécifique est composée d'une Head of Business Unit (Alice), de 5 project manager de 4 développeurs et d'un product manager. Les équipes travaillent également de manière étroite avec des designers, des solutions consultants et bien sûr le reste des équipes client-facing de Partoo : Sales et Customer Success.

Rattaché à Alice, le Project manager Store Locator travaille comme un véritable chef de projet pour assurer l'implémentation du Store Locator auprès de nos clients avec de nombreux acteurs à coordonner.

MISSIONS

- Préparer la roadmap pour l'onboarding client avec des deadlines pour chacune des phases, en coordination avec les Sales, le client, le Customer Success Manager, l'équipe technique et le designer.

- Préparer le kick off Store Locator définissant les rôles, responsabilités et roadmap

- Coordonner tous les acteurs du projet pour que les deadlines soient respectées (points réguliers avec les différents acteurs, vérifications des contenus, anticipation des différentes phases, etc…) 

- Organiser des ateliers de conception avec le client si besoin, afin de comprendre le réel besoin du client

- Transformer le besoin du client en spécifications techniques pour les développeurs store locator

- Intégrer le contenu sur l'interface de Partoo 

- Coordonner le lancement du store locator avec le client et les équipes internes, et assurer la passation avec le Customer Success Manager une fois lancé avec les spécifications claires et à jour

- Se montrer force de proposition sur les améliorations des processus de l'onboarding client, et remonter les insights clients
