We're looking for a
Product Manager
to own the product vision and turn strategy into real, measurable value. You will join a tech-driven environment, working on
streaming products,
where impact matters more than feature counts. This role is for someone who enjoys making tough prioritization calls, working closely with engineers and designers.

We 're hiring for positions in Neuilly-Sur-Seine and Lyon.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

As a
Product Manager
, you will:

• Own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and OKRs, fully aligned with company strategic priorities
• Leads the product lifecycle initiatives within the Product Trio ( Engineering Manager & Product Designer) co deciding solution direction to validate value and viability.
• Build, maintain, and prioritize a clear product roadmap, balancing innovation, client success and technical enablers dynamically based on strategic context.
• Shift the focus from feature delivery to value delivery, tying every initiative to measurable business outcomes
• Work hand-in-hand with the Delivery Manager to ensure strong execution, predictability, and quality
• Partner with Engineering on technical debt, scalability, and feasibility, making smart trade-offs when needed
• Co-own the end-to-end user experience with Design, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and high UX standards
• Champion the product strategy in collaborative strategic reviews, using data to transparently communicate trade-offs and risks.

WHAT WE' RE LOOKING FOR

• 7–10 years
  of experience as a Product Manager in a tech, streaming, or SaaS environment
• Proven ability to define a strong product vision and translate it into outcome-based OKRs
• Solid experience leading product discovery: experiments, hypotheses, user insights, and impact measurement
• End-to-end ownership of a product roadmap, including prioritization and value trade-offs
• Comfortable using product, business, and technical KPIs to guide decisions and influence stakeholders
• Strong track record of working in cross-functional teams, leading through influence rather than hierarchy
• Clear, structured communicator, able to explain vision, priorities, and constraints to both teams and leadership
• At ease in complex organizations and governance settings, with a pragmatic, data-driven mindset
• Understand APIs, scalability, and interoperability. You make decisions that optimize for the product's long-term value, not just a single client's immediate request.
