Poste: Sales & Business Reporting Specialist (F/M)

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare high-impact
    industry analysis reports
    ,
    sales performance decks
    , and
    business review presentations
    for executive stakeholders.
  • Consolidate, analyze, and interpret
    sales
    ,
    forecast
    , and
    market data
    from multiple internal and external sources to generate actionable insights.
  • Design and maintain
    executive dashboards
    and
    KPI trackers
    using PowerPoint and Excel to monitor business performance.
  • Support
    annual planning
    and provide performance insights to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate closely with regional sales, finance, and marketing teams to ensure
    data accuracy
    and
    reporting consistency
    .
  • Assist in executive meeting and conference preparation, including
    content development
    and
    logistics coordination
    .

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in
    sales analytics
    ,
    business reporting
    , or
    executive support
    — preferably within a consulting firm, market analysis company, or the automotive sector.
  • Strong proficiency in
    PowerPoint
    and
    Excel
    .
  • Fluent in
    English
    and
    Chinese
    ; proficiency in
    French
    is a strong advantage.
