What We Actually Do
We create experiences that matter. Real ones—the kind that change how people see themselves and the world. We're not selling Instagram aesthetics or packaging luxury. We're connecting curious, traveled Americans with the authentic stories behind Europe's places, people, and craftsmanship. A private evening in a Michelin kitchen. A conversation with a master watchmaker in the Jura. An afternoon learning chocolate-making from someone whose family has kept their secrets for generations.
Our voice reflects that: honest, curious, rooted in real expertise. We don't perform rest or discovery. We facilitate it.
What You'd Actually Do
You'd be the bridge between our experiences and the people who seek them. Writing captions that capture why a small Alentejo wine estate matters. Crafting LinkedIn pieces about heritage craftsmanship. Creating newsletters that feel like letters from a friend who's learned something worth sharing—not marketing copy pretending to be one.
You'd work closely with our team and the experts behind our journeys—chefs, artisans, guides, historians—translating their stories into language that resonates across platforms while staying true to what makes them compelling.
- Write and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, newsletters, and our website
- Develop a voice that reflects our values: authentic, substantive, curious
- Schedule, optimize, and engage with genuine community interactions
- Work independently while staying aligned with our brand perspective
- Adapt messaging for different audiences without losing substance
Who We're Looking For
Someone who reads between the lines. Who understands that the best stories aren't the loudest ones. You're proactive, detail-oriented, and genuinely curious about why things matter—not just that they trend.
You write well because you think clearly. You can shift tone without losing voice. You're comfortable with ambiguity and learning on the job, and you actually care about getting things right.
What You'll Need
- Bac +2 – Bac +5
- Bilingual French/English (C1 minimum) — genuinely strong writing in both languages, not just technical fluency
- Comfortable with: Canva, MailChimp, ChatGPT & AI tools (prompt engineering experience is a genuine plus)
- Mac/Office Suite familiarity
- Mindset: Curious, discerning, willing to challenge ideas (including ours)
The Real Thing
This isn't a content factory role. You won't be posting ten times a day or chasing algorithms. You'll be working with a small, ambitious team where your writing actually shapes how people understand what we do. You'll learn from people who've built careers around doing things well—not just loudly.
