En tant qu'Energy Manager Confirmé
, tu rejoindras la team Conseil qui se divise en 4 squads de 6 à 9 personnes composée chacune d'un manager, d'Energy Manager et d'Ingénieurs en Efficacité Énergétique (de tous niveaux de séniorité).

La team Conseil joue un rôle clé dans l'accompagnement technique des clients dans leur réduction de consommation énergétique.

TES MISSIONS

**Missions Techniques **

  • Suivi des consommations énergétiques d'organisations via le SME Citron (entreprises et collectivités)
  • Stratégie de réponse au Décret Tertiaire
  • Schéma Directeur Energie
  • Management d'un assistant ingénieur
  • Audits énergétiques (bâtiments, flottes de véhicules, procédés industriels)
  • Modélisation et simulation thermique statique ou dynamique à l'aide d'un logiciel spécialisé
  • Suivi des consommations énergétiques d'organisations (entreprise, collectivité)
  • Achat d'énergies
  • Assistance à Maîtrise d'Ouvrage
  • Etude de faisabilité approvisionnement en énergies renouvelables

**Missions Commerciales **

  • Détection de besoin dans son portefeuille de clients
  • Rendez-vous commerciaux
  • Dimensionnement de projets et rédaction de propositions commerciales
  • Vente BtoB jusqu'au closing
  • Suivi des relations commerciales et proposition de prestations de conseil adaptées à ses clients

TU ES LE MATCH PARFAIT SI…

  • Tu possèdes un Master d'Ingénieur en bâtiment, énergie, thermicien ou équivalent
  • Tu possèdes au moins 4 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire
  • Tu as déjà une première expérience dans la maîtrise d'oeuvre ou assistance maitrise d'ouvrage
