Notre partenaire est un éditeur SaaS français en forte croissance, spécialisé dans la digitalisation des processus métiers. Il accompagne des entreprises de toutes tailles dans la transformation de leur organisation via une solution logicielle performante, intuitive et modulaire.
L'équipe Professional Services veille à garantir une expérience client fluide, fiable et qualitative, en assurant un accompagnement rigoureux et réactif tout au long du cycle de vie de la solution.
Dans un contexte de structuration du support post-déploiement, notre client recherche un(e) Customer Care pour intervenir en phase de run.
Au sein de l'équipe Professional Services, tu seras le point d'entrée privilégié des clients pour toutes les demandes de niveau 1. Ce poste combine gestion opérationnelle, méthodologie, et sens du service client, avec une collaboration étroite avec les équipes internes (Projet, Customer Success, Produit, Développement…).
Description du poste
Support client – Niveau 1
- Réception, qualification et traitement des demandes via tickets, mails ou appels
- Respect des règles de gestion internes et des délais de réponse
- Escalade structurée des demandes complexes aux équipes concernées (niveau 2)
Gestion des tickets et qualité de service
- Attribution des tickets sous 24h, première réponse garantie sous 48h
- Relance proactive des équipes internes en cas de blocage
- Suivi quotidien du backlog pour maintenir un haut niveau de satisfaction
Contribution à l'amélioration continue
- Mise à jour de la base de connaissances (FAQ, guides, bonnes pratiques)
- Identification des problèmes récurrents et transmission aux équipes concernées
- Participation à la structuration du support : tableaux de bord, process, outils
Appui à la relation client en run
- Suivi des demandes spécifiques : devis, prestations, formations
- Détection d'opportunités d'upsell sur les services ou modules complémentaires
- Renforcement du lien avec les clients après le déploiement
Profil recherché
- Tu es organisé(e), rigoureux(se), avec une forte orientation qualité de service
- Tu fais preuve d'aisance relationnelle et tu sais adapter ton discours aux besoins clients
- Tu es à l'aise dans un environnement SaaS et avec les outils métiers (ticketing, CRM…)
- Tu apprécies la collaboration transverse avec des profils techniques et fonctionnels
- Tu parles et écris parfaitement français, et tu peux échanger en anglais professionnel
- Une première expérience en support B2B (éditeur, startup, ESN…) est un atout certain
