Role Purpose

The Community Manager will be responsible for developing and executing SDE's digital communication strategy across all social media channels.

This role requires both creative flair and strategic thinking combining storytelling, analytics, and brand management to build strong engagement with our audience and reinforce SDE's leadership in the fintech space.

Key Responsibilities

1- Digital Strategy & Brand Positioning


• Design and execute SDE's digital communication and content strategy aligned with global marketing goals.


• Build and manage a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms (LinkedIn, Insta-gram, Facebook, TikTok, X).


• Plan and oversee multi-channel content calendars and campaigns to increase awareness and engagement.

2- Content Creation & Storytelling


• Create high-quality, engaging content (posts, visuals, videos, reels, and stories) that reflect SDE's vision and values.


• Collaborate with internal teams to highlight products, services, and thought leadership in-itiatives.


• Ensure content is optimized for reach, engagement, and audience growth.

3- Community Engagement & Growth


• Manage and grow SDE's online communities through active interaction, moderation, and engagement.


• Foster relationships with followers, partners, and industry stakeholders to build loyalty and advocacy.


• Monitor conversations and trends within the fintech ecosystem to keep SDE visible and relevant.

4- Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement


• Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (engagement, reach, conver-sion, sentiment).


• Identify opportunities to improve digital performance through data-driven insights.


• Conduct regular benchmarking and competitive analysis of fintech and digital finance brands.

Profile Required


• Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.


• Certification in Digital Marketing, Social Media Strategy, or Brand Management is a plus..


• Proven experience (at least 4 years) as a Community Manager, Digital Marketing Special-ist, or Social Media Strategist.


• Excellent command of social media tools (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube).


• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or equiva-lent).


• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling ability in both English and French.


• Knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hoot-suite, Buffer, etc.).


• Understanding of SEO, paid campaigns, and digital advertising best practices.


• Familiarity with the fintech, payments, or financial services sector is a strong advantage.
