We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Associate Producer to join our production team in Da Nang. In this role, you will coordinate and support the development of multiple Roblox projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth communication, clear milestones, and timely delivery.

You will work closely with our partner studios as well as internal teams at RIVRS—including QA, Game Designers, Economy Designers, and Artists—to make sure each game meets our quality expectations and follows our production standards. This role is central to keeping our pipeline efficient and our teams aligned.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination:

  • Manage and track up to 10 game productions at the same time, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Maintain clear documentation, schedules, and communication channels for all assigned projects.

Cross-Studio Collaboration:

  • Work closely with partner studios to ensure smooth execution, clarify requirements, and resolve production bottlenecks.

  • Serve as a key point of contact between RIVRS and external partners.

Internal Team Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with internal teams—QA, Game Designers, Economy Designers, and Artists—to ensure tasks are properly prioritized and executed.

Facilitate feedback loops and ensure all teams have the information and assets needed to progress.

Production Monitoring:

  • Track progress, identify risks or delays, and proactively propose solutions.

  • Ensure milestones are met and production pipelines run efficiently across all assigned games.

Quality Assurance:

  • Support QA processes by ensuring issues are tracked, communicated, and resolved in collaboration with partner studios.

Reporting:

  • Deliver clear, actionable production updates to senior producers and studio leadership.
