Notre client est une startup technologique ambitieuse qui conçoit des agents d'intelligence artificielle autonomes capables d'intervenir directement dans les environnements système (shell) pour résoudre des incidents en production. Leur mission ? Rendre les infrastructures IT plus fiables en automatisant les tâches répétitives et critiques grâce à la puissance des modèles de langage (LLMs).

Soutenue par trois fonds de capital-risque européens de premier plan, l'entreprise innove à la croisée du DevOps, de l'observabilité et de l'IA, avec une approche pragmatique : fusionner LLMs open-source et propriétaires, et répondre à des cas d'usage concrets sur des stacks complexes.

Mission

En tant que Staff Engineer / Applied AI Engineer, vous serez au cœur de la construction d'agents IA capables d'interagir avec des systèmes réels. Vous interviendrez sur l'ensemble du cycle de vie des fonctionnalités, en contribuant aussi bien au développement backend qu'à l'orchestration des modèles de langage. Vous rejoindrez une équipe technique soudée de 5 ingénieurs, rapide, et passionnée, dans une structure en forte croissance, 100% remote.

Principales missions et responsabilités

  • Concevoir et implémenter des fonctionnalités de bout en bout (CLI TypeScript, migrations Postgres, déploiement sur Vercel…).

  • Intégrer et combiner des modèles de langage open-source et propriétaires.

  • Affiner les modèles à partir de données issues de la production.

  • Construire des outils d'observabilité pour suivre les performances des agents IA.

  • Déboguer rapidement en collaboration directe avec l'équipe via partage d'écran ou canaux vocaux.

  • Participer à l'évolution continue de l'infrastructure technique.

Profile

  • École d'ingénieur

  • Expérience en environnement startup ou tech en croissance rapide et agile.

  • Maîtrise de TypeScript, , Supabase Postgres, Vercel, Vue + Nuxt, Python

  • Expérience concrète dans le développement de produits utilisant des LLMs (au-delà du simple prompting).

  • Solides compétences en design de prompts avancés, fine-tuning, RAG ou systèmes agentiques.

  • Excellente capacité à transformer des idées floues en fonctionnalités déployées.

  • Communication claire, capacité à expliquer des choix techniques simplement.

  • Connaissance des outils de DevOps, observabilité ou automatisation d'incidents.
