Your mission

You will join Vizzia's Business Operations team. Your role?

Design and run the tools and projects that enable our sales and operations teams to work faster, more simply, and at scale.

In a context where the right technical choices can massively amplify the impact of the entire company, you will build a high-performing, reliable, and scalable infrastructure—while laying the foundations for a future "Productivity" team.

What you'll be working on

You will directly lead the following initiatives:

  • CRM & sales processes: structure the CRM with the Sales teams and document best practices and usage

  • ERP: scope, select, and deploy an ERP for installation, maintenance, and logistics teams

  • Billing: redesign the end-to-end quote-to-cash process

  • AI enablement: launch an internal program to equip field and support teams with AI tools

  • Analytics: build a solid foundation of reliable, actionable business dashboards

Profile we're looking forMust-haves

  • Graduate from a top business or engineering school

  • First experience in consulting, a startup, or a Business Operations environment

  • Excellent command of digital tools and strong interest in technology

  • Ability to structure projects, manage multiple workstreams in parallel, and drive them through to completion

  • Skills in SQL/BI, automation, or no-code tools

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience deploying or structuring an ERP or CRM

  • Experience in supply chain / operations

  • Experience leading or contributing to cross-functional projects involving multiple internal teams
