We're Hiring: SAP PEO Consultant

Location:
Toulouse, France (Hybrid)

Full-time

We are looking for an experienced
SAP PEO Consultant
to support our Production Engineering & Operations initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, develop functional specifications, support testing, and deliver end-user training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders for requirement gathering and process analysis
  • Create detailed
    Functional Specifications
    for enhancements & custom developments
  • Configure SAP PEO processes and support integration with PP/MES
  • Lead testing activities (unit, integration, UAT) and resolve issues
  • Deliver user training, documentation, and post–go-live support

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in
    SAP PEO
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing, production engineering, and shop-floor processes
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into SAP solutions
  • Experience in testing, documentation, and training

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SAP PP, ME/MII
  • Background in aerospace/automotive/high-tech manufacturing
  • SAP certifications
