RECAPITULATIF
Nous recherchons un Ingénieur Estimation pour soutenir des projets industriels d'envergure depuis Paris.

Ce poste implique une participation active à l'élaboration des estimations de coûts sur les phases en amont de projets. Vous serez en lien étroit avec les équipes internes (ingénierie, achats, gestion de projet) ainsi qu'avec les fournisseurs externes.

VOS MISSIONS

• Analyser les données techniques et contractuelles des projets afin de définir les bases de l'estimation.
• Participer à la collecte d'informations auprès des différents services pour structurer les hypothèses de coût.
• Étudier les dossiers d'appel d'offres afin d'identifier les exigences spécifiques des clients.
• Contribuer à l'élaboration du plan d'estimation, en cohérence avec la méthodologie interne et les standards du métier.
• Élaborer les estimations budgétaires globales, incluant le découpage des coûts, la planification des dépenses et les flux de trésorerie associés.
• Préparer, si nécessaire, les ventilations de prix à intégrer dans les offres commerciales.
• Assurer la revue et la validation des estimations avec les responsables hiérarchiques ou les équipes projet.
• Mettre à jour les outils et bases de données internes avec les informations issues des projets récents, dans une logique d'amélioration continue.

VOTRE EXPÉRIENCE

• Expérience en estimation de coûts ou en ingénierie de projet
• Compréhension des principes de l'ingénierie industrielle et de la gestion de coûts
• Maîtrise avancée d'Excel et des outils de gestion de données
• Maîtrise de logiciel en estimation

VOTRE PROFIL

• Diplôme en ingénierie ou équivalent
• Capacité à travailler en interface avec plusieurs services et à gérer des données techniques variées
• Anglais professionnel

Summary
We are looking for a Cost Estimation Engineer to support large-scale industrial projects from Paris.

This position involves active participation in the development of cost estimates during the early phases of projects.

You will work closely with internal teams (engineering, procurement, project management) as well as with external suppliers.

YOUR MISSION

• Analyze technical and contractual project data to define the basis of the estimate.
• Participate in gathering information from various departments to structure cost assumptions.
• Review tender documents to identify specific client requirements.
• Contribute to the development of the estimation plan, consistent with internal methodology and industry standards.
• Prepare overall budget estimates, including cost breakdowns, expenditure scheduling, and associated cash flow.
• Prepare, if necessary, price breakdowns to be included in commercial offers.
• Ensure the review and validation of estimates with hierarchical managers or project teams.
• Update internal tools and databases with information from recent projects, following a continuous improvement approach.

Your Experience

• Experience in cost estimation or project engineering
• Understanding of industrial engineering principles and cost management
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data management tools
• Knowledge of estimation software

YOUR PROFILE

• Engineering degree or equivalent
• Ability to work interface with multiple departments
• Professional English proficiency
