Job Description SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic Clinical Implementation Manager to lead the deployment of advanced clinical strategies across hospital systems, working at the intersection of clinical expertise, data‑driven insights, and cross‑functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is a registered nurse—preferably with an anesthesia (IADE) or intensive care background—bringing strong knowledge of the operating room environment and the ability to engage confidently with senior medical teams. Experience in transversal projects, MedTech roles, or dual academic/clinical training is highly valued. Success in this role requires autonomy, initiative, adaptability, pedagogical skills, and full end‑to‑end project management capability, along with fluency in English. The position involves frequent travel, with extended stays of several weeks or months at clinical sites and a typical Monday‑to‑Thursday field rhythm. Your key responsabilities:

As a Clinical Implementation Manager, you will:

  • Lead change initiatives: Design and deliver process improvements that drive adoption of new practices and products, ensuring measurable patient outcome improvements.

  • Be the expert voice: Act as a trusted resource for internal teams and external partners, leveraging strong clinician relationships to provide critical insights.

  • Shape strategy: Partner with hospital leadership to launch and scale multiple programs across diverse healthcare systems.

  • Turn data into action: Collaborate with data experts, analyze key measures, and present findings to stakeholders with clarity and impact.

  • Elevate training: Continuously refine curriculum, tools, and materials to align with clinical trials, BD guidelines, and SOPs.

  • Adapt and excel: Take on additional responsibilities with agility in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Your profile:

To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

  • Hard skills: Registered nurse (ideally Nurse Anesthetist or Intensive Care background); experience in transversal projects or MedTech is a plus; dual academic/clinical expertise is welcome.
  • Essential knowledge: Strong understanding of the operating room environment; ideally anesthesia/critical care; ability to communicate effectively with senior medical teams.
  • Soft skills: Autonomy, initiative, ability to influence without authority, adaptability, strong pedagogical skills, and full end‑to‑end project management capability.
  • Language: English is essential.
  • Mobility: Frequent travel, with potential stays of several weeks or months at the same hospital; typical schedule Monday to Thursday.

Compensation range for the role: 55k-65k euros annuel
